FIRST CLASS AIRMAIL

    First Class Airmail is a first class airmail letter service, which can be used for all worldwide destinations. It is the fastest way of getting international mail to your addressee without using a personal courier service. The contents may be personal correspondence, business letters, reports, documents, printed material, samples, spare parts, etc.

    First Class Airmail is our highest level of service, providing a SEVEN POINT Posting.

    HOW TO USE:

    First Class Airmail may be tendered unstamped and unsorted to AIR CONCEPTS. If items are dutiable, Postal Form #C1 must be attached to each item with all relevant information completed.

    Note – Maximum weight per piece is 4.4 lbs.

    DELIVERY TIME:

    • Zones 1, 1A and 2, are two to five days after posting.
    • Zones 3, 4 and 5, are four to ten days after posting.

    First Class Airmail is only insured if sent as Registered First Class Airmail.

SECOND CLASS AIRMAIL

    Second Class Airmail is a lower priority air + surface product offering cost benefits from the reduction in overall transit speed. This is a letter service available for all worldwide destinations.

    Second Class Airmail should be used when delivery time is not critical, which is often the case with many reports, monthly publications, manuals, catalogs, promotion material and less sensitive papers.

    HOW TO USE:

    Second Class Airmail may be tendered unstamped and unsorted to AIR CONCEPTS. It items are dutiable, Postal Form # C1 must be attached to each item with all relevant information completed.

    Note - Maximum weight per piece is 4.4 lbs.

    DELIVERY TIME:

    • Zones 1, 1A and 2, are four to ten days after posting.
    • Zones 3, 4 and 5, are seven to twenty-one days after posting.

    Second Class Airmail cannot be insured.

    RETURN OF UNDELIVERABLE MAIL

    Due to the fact that 8% to 15% of international database addresses change every 12 months, letters with inaccurate addresses will not be returned to you by the local postal carrier.

    AIR CONCEPTS will see to it that all such undeliverable mail is returned to you at no additional cost.

    PROOF OF POSTING

    It is important to know when and where your mail was posted or when it was actually delivered into each country. AIR CONCEPTS can notify your office directly of the date, location and level of service, via fax, email or telephone per your request.

    PROOF OF DELIVERY

    When your mail reaches its end destination, the recipient is required to sign an official registered card or receipt. This card is proof that the delivery was made and can be supplied to your office via airmail.

    DEPARTMENTAL BILLING

    Provide us with your departments and AIR CONCEPTS can sort your mail by department first, prior to sorting by country. Should you wish this completed with a surcharge or percentage charge-back, this can be arranged. See your sales representative.
